Let's turn “I think I'm ready” into “I know I'm ready.”

Practice exams built from the chapters your exam covers. We’ll show you where you stand and help you fill the gaps.

Take it early. Then fix what it finds.

Not the whole book. Not a generic question bank. The chapters your exam covers, turned into an exam you can sit while there's still time to do something about it.

The practice exam

Sit it early.

Built from the chapters your exam covers — you confirm which ones, not the whole textbook.

Your readiness number

Know where you stand.

The grade of your latest practice exam. Take another, and it moves.

Close the gaps

Then go again.

The exam shows you what you missed. Review opens on those chapters. Take a new practice exam, and watch the number move.

What your exam is built from

Six things, in order. Each one narrows the next, and you confirm each before we build. That's why the exam you get is yours and not a generic one.

Your school

We start from your school's course catalog.

Your course

BIO 203, not “biology.” The course, not the subject.

Your professor

So your course matches your section.

Your textbook

Found from your ISBN through publisher and library catalogs, then confirmed with you. When we can't confirm something, we say so instead of guessing.

Your book's chapters

The real table of contents, chapter by chapter. Confirmed with you, never invented.

Your exam

Which chapters, which concepts, how many days out. That's what we build.

Why the test comes first

How it works

01

Tell us your course

Your school, your course code, your textbook's ISBN, and your professor if you know it.

02

We find your textbook and its chapters

Found from your ISBN through publisher and library catalogs, then confirmed with you. When we can't confirm something, we say so instead of guessing.

03

Confirm your exam

Which chapters it covers, and when it is. You get the last word on every field.

04

Sit it, then close the gaps

Take the practice exam, read your readiness number, study what you missed, take it again.

Common questions

What do I need to provide to get started?
Your school, your course code, and your textbook — its ISBN, or its title. Your professor if you know it. We look up the rest and show you what we found before we build your exam.
Does this work for my class?
It works for college courses that run on a textbook — the kind where an exam covers a set of chapters. If we can't confirm your book or its chapters, we tell you, and you can add them from your copy instead of us guessing. We don't do the SAT, the MCAT, or professional certifications.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers the question you ask. Trequence builds the exam you haven't taken yet — scoped to your chapters and graded, and your readiness number is the grade of your latest one. It also tells you when it isn't sure about your textbook. A chat will always answer.
What does it cost?
During the beta, Trequence is free: full access for six months from when you sign up, and no credit card. At launch, Trequence Pro will be $6.99/month or $34.99/year, with the first 30 days free.
Can I cancel anytime?
During the beta there's nothing to cancel — a beta account is free and needs no card.
